To meet the evolving needs of construction industry professionals looking to boost productivity on the job site, John Deere has revealed new models in its small dozer, large scraper, compact track loader, skid steer loader, and cold planing attachment lineups. The machinery was on display at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023 last March 14 and March 18 in Las Vegas, Nev.
The 450, 550, and 650 P-Tier dozers now have more intuitive features and technology, including EZ Grade and electro-hydraulic controls. Slope Control and SmartGrade™ technology are also available upgrades for customers who purchase one of these machines.
When paired with the 460 P-Tier articulated dump truck (ADT), the John Deere 3812 large scraper is a great choice for both push load and top load applications. Once the dump truck is in scraper mode, the operator can quickly begin using the equipment to take care of these types of jobs. The ADT also has a feature that automatically optimizes engine torque curves and differential locks.
At CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023, John Deere had some of its P-Tier compact track loaders and skid steer loader models on display — the 333 P-Tier skid steer loader, 334 P-Tier skid steer loader, and 335 P-Tier compact track loader. All of these construction machines have redesigned cabs with features, such as heated seats, touchscreen displays, and Bluetooth technology.
John Deere also debuted cold planer attachments, powered by Wirtgen technology, at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023. These attachments are compatible with many G-series skid steers, as well as all of the newly announced P-Tier skid steer loaders. They also come in 18, 24, 30 and 40-inch sizes.
